How to check if my ring is really fully charged?

To confirm full charge, please ensure the red light of ring stops flashing when plugged in and app shows text “100%” when unplugged.

Sometimes, the battery may show a falsely high level, so refresh the app by pulling down the page after unplugging.

Please note that the ring needs to take over 2 hours to fully charge when used for the first time !

For the first use, please charge the ring for over 2 hours to fully power it. After that, 20-minute charge will suffice when the battery runs low.
